BIO

Dominique Monet is an award-winning creative director who was named the ANDY Award’s Rising Star, One Club NY’s Rock Star, Reel 360’s “Reel Woman to Watch, and Cannes Lions See It Be It. She has judged top industry shows including The Clio’s.

Dominique didn’t just stumble into advertising. Ever since the seventh grade, you could catch her turning Destiny’s Child songs into Burger King jingles and Project Pat rhymes into McDonald’s bangers.

Her seventh grade self would be super proud to know that she has worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands including McDonald’s, Crocs, Pizza Hut, Samsung, and Toyota.

From the global market to the multicultural market, Dominique specializes in building and transforming brands. She also has a knack for connecting brands to culture through authentic storytelling.

As a servant leader and a mentor, the only thing Dominique loves as much as the work are the people she gets a chance to work with.

A proud graduate of Miami Ad School and Howard University, Dominique uses the power of advertising to solve complex business problems and simply make people smile.

When she’s not working, Dominique is busy being a wife, a dog mom, and wondering how she got sucked into Love Island all over again.
